Tommy Locke Moye

Mr. Tommy Locke Moye, age 68, of 117 Walden Road in Sandersville died Wednesday December 17 in the Medical Center in Macon.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday December 20 in the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sandersville.

Mr. Moye was a native of Dodge County, Georgia, the son of the late Homer Hugh Moye and the late Maggie Wreva Moore Moye. He was the manager of Air Gas Corporation in Sandersville. Mr. Moye was a member of the Avondale Baptist Church. He served in the Georgia National Guard.

Survivors are his wife, Felicie Lamb Moye of Sandersville, a son, Jeffery Dwayne (Karen) Moye of Sandersville, a daughter, Amy Nicole (Rocky) Tanner of Harrison, four grandchildren, Christopher Moye, Kathryn Moye, James Rocky Tanner III and Elizabeth Tanner, a sister, Barbara Moye Howard of Macon, a brother, Darrell Moye of Macon.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Friday evening. The family suggests that donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
