Victor Arnold Sims Sr.

Mr. Victor A. Sims Sr., age 71, of Davisboro, died Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00am at the Brownwood Cemetery in Sandersville. Rev. Chad Watkins will officiate.

Mr. Sims was born in Troup County the son of the late Enos Monroe Sims and the late Eunice Sanders. Victor was retired and a member of the New Hope United Methodist Church. He is predeceased by his wife Mollie Sue Williamson Sims.

Survivors are; his children, Victor A. Sims Jr., (Coleen) of Buckhead, Brian W. Sims (Shana) of Davisboro, Larry J. Sims (Tara) and Garry E. Sims (Bonnie) both of Sandersville, and Deborah S. Calderon (Gil) of Joplin Missouri, 13 grandchildren and one sister Brenda S. Smith of Seneca SC.

The family will receive friends at graveside after the service.
