Mr. Warren Lee Boatright, age 58, of 149 Brooks Spring Road in Sandersville died on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at his residence following an extended illness. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 2nd, in the Tabernacle United Methodist Church Cemetery near Sandersville.
Mr. Boatright was a native of Washington County, the son of the late Francis "Frog" Boatright and the late Susie Mae Peavy Boatright; and he was the brother of the late Sue Ellen Boatright Bridges and the late Clint Boatright. Mr. Boatright was a Parts Manager for Baldwin Body Shop. He was a member of the Good Shepherd Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors are his wife, Patricia Tanner Boatright of Sandersville; his children, Trudy Lynn Boatright Rasch and her husband Al of Sandersville, Keli Aycock of Irwinton, Keith McCoy and his wife Claudia of Davisboro and Charlie McCoy of Sandersville; five grandchildren, Josh Higgs, Amber McCoy, Dakota McCoy, Cassie McCoy and Megan Rasch; a great-granddaughter, Caridee Higgs; and a brother Joseph Boatright of Buchannan.
The family will be at the residence, 149 Brooks Spring Road in Sandersville and will receive friends at the Tabernacle United Methodist Church from 1:00 P.M. Monday until the hour of service.
