Mr. William Roger Barfield, age 43, of 5656 Highway 24 West in Sandersville died Friday June 27 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday June 30 in the First Church of the Nazarene in Sandersville. The Rev. Jim Dunn and the Rev. J. Emory Lindsey will officiate.

Mr. Barfield was a native and life long resident of Washington County. He was the owner of Barfield Heating and Air Conditioning. Mr. Barfield was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors are his wife, Regina Ann Gay Barfield of Sandersville, two daughters, Tabitha Ashley Barfield and Courtney Renee Barfield both of Sandersville, his parents, George N. Barfield and Betty Barfield of Sandersville, two sisters, Cheryl Vivian Dunn of Milledgeville, Sandra Jean Norwood of Sandersville , a brother, Stanley Victor Barfield of Irwinton.

May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. on Sunday June 29.
