William Roger "Bill" Fichtner, age 56, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022, in Charleston, South Carolina. A private memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville, Georgia. Reverend Weston Williford and Reverend Don Aven officiated.
Bill is survived by his parents, John and Elphie Fichtner; his brother John Fichtner, Jr. (Norma); and his nephews, Daniel and Jason Fichtner, all of Rock Hill, SC; and his aunt, Ether Davis, of Fernandina Beach, FL.
Burial will be in Westview Cemetery in Wrightsville with his grandparents, Roger and Elgah Davis.
