Willie Fred Harden

Mr. Willie Fred Harden, age 86, of 8331 Highway 68 South in Tennille entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 31, 2014, at the Extended Care Facility in Sandersville.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 5. 2014, in the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sandersville.

Mr. Harden was born to the parentage of the late Will Harden and the late Kate Wynn Harden on June 20, 1928 in Oconee, Georgia. He was the husband of the late Mildred Gilmore Harden.

Mr. Harden was a lifelong resident of Washington County and a logger by trade. He was a member of the Samuel Grove Baptist Church.

Mr. Harden leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Peggie Harden of Tennille, a son, John W. Harden of Tennille, his brothers, James Harden of Sandersville, Roy Harden of Tennille, daughter in law, Diane Harden of Tennille, grandchildren, David Harden, Clairesa Harden and Tamia Harden all of Tennille, sisters in law, Ida Mae Harden, Lizzie Harden and Elizabeth Harden all of Tennille, and his aunt, Willie Eva Mullins of Tennille.
